Rick Mangan, CPA, PFS, CFP® founded Mangan Wealth Management, Inc. in 2005 under the previous name Mangan Consulting, Inc. Initially, he primarily serviced friends and family. His 11+ years of industry experience include time at Deloitte LLP, Foster + Company, and Brighton Jones LLC. In 2007, he moved fulltime into Mangan Wealth Management. Rick established Mangan Wealth Management to provide clients a comprehensive and personalized wealth management service that helps establish and meet the financial goals of the clients. Rick enjoys working with his clients and helping them understand the different opportunities they have in reaching their goals.

Through his experience as a CPA, PFS, CFP®, and business owner, Rick has developed an expertise in the following areas: investment management, tax planning, stock option strategies, alternative minimum tax planning, estate planning, business and individual taxes, trusts, entity selection, and charitable giving options. His clients include individuals, executives, small business owners, and retirees.

Rick graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting with a tax emphasis. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Personal Financial Specialist, and Certified Financial Planner. He is a member of the Washington State Society of CPAs, the AICPA, and the Washington State University Planned Giving Advisory Board. Personally, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, family and good friends, playing softball, coaching, an occasional dodgeball game, and following the WSU Cougar athletic teams.
